It is a matter of great shame that a lot of people know more names of Kaafir personalities than they know about their Prophets and Messengers عليهم السلام. From the back of their mind, they would easily mention the names of 2 dozen movie actors and actresses and even more. But ask them about the names of the Prophets mentioned in the Qur'aan and some of them can not even name 10 of them. Same goes with the names of Prophet Muhammad's صلى الله عليه وسلم daughters, wives, the 10 Companions who were given the glad tidings of al-Jannah. The least one who is sincere about his Deen should do is remember just 4 verses of Surah al-An`aam from verse 83 to 86 and you will memorize 18 names of the Prophets and Messengers. And Allaah is the one who grants success.
