MashaAllaah tabarakAllaah during Islamic studies we were discussing the virtue of patience as a class, we spoke about the lessons to be learned from the likes of Yaqub and Ayyub 'alayhi salaam, each student was asked to relate an incident where they have had to display patience, one student (year 3) explained to the class how he's been making du'aa to Allaah for his grandfather to become Muslim for a while- Later I asked him why it was important to him for his grandfather to become Muslim, he responded 'so I can be with him in Jannah' waAllaahi I could not stop smiling, may Allaah preserve him, increase him and grant him his hearts desire, may he be united with his family in Jannah, aameen yaa Rabb!
