We are taught to pray before & after having our meals. Many of us forget to do so especially when having a snack. The Almighty provides us with our food, full of nutrients, minerals, vitamins, carbohydrates etc that are needed by our bodies to function correctly. The prayer helps us absorb whatever is beneficial and protects us from being harmed by what we eat. Let us try never to forget this prayer from today. Simple issues that we overlook yet they are crucial to our overall well being.
